Thousands of building & construction subcontractors are facing a cash flow crisis after several firms doing major government contracts failed in the past two months. Security Of Payments Act claims have helped some contractors recover debt for building & construction work but many remain unpaid and remain skeptical about what other form of debt collection may be the solution.
