The next creditors meeting is 10.30AM, Thursday 2nd August 2012, at Sydney Masonic Centre 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney.

To attend this meeting you will need to complete the Proxy Form and the Proof of Debt Form and return them both to PPB no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting and also bring a copy to the meeting with you.

If you would like RECOUP to represent you at the meeting you need to write “RECOUP” in the box in step 2 of the Proxy form. You should also return a copy of both forms to RECOUP as well as PPB.
