If you have either:

  1. received a payment schedule (a written response to the invoice / payment claim or 2nd notice that you served), or
  2. served a 2nd notice and the period allowed for the person / company that owes you money to reply has passed

then the nest step in the process that leads to your claim being determined as payable by an adjudicator is to apply for adjudication of your claim against the person / company that owes you money.

Recover An Adjudicated Amount Form

If an adjudicator has awarded you an amount of money in a determination made under the Security Of Payment Act the respondent has 5 business days to pay.

If the respondent fails to pay the adjudicated amount you are entitled to enforce the determination.
