Mr Mark Robinson, official Liquidator of Reed Constructions Australia Pty Ltd has given his word not to sell out unsecured creditors / subcontractors in respect of the claims Reed Constructions were running against Roads & Maritime Services and Dept of Education through the Expert Determination Process.

At the 2 August 2012 Meeting of Creditors RECOUP Contractor Debt Recovery asked Mr Robinson to give his word to creditors that he would not sell out the hard working subcontractors when he meets with Govt Representatives to discuss the quantum aspect of the claims – Mr Robinson gave his word that he would do his best to maximise the return to all creditors through the entire liquidation process.

Mr Robinson did not rule out running claims under the Security of Payments Act as a debt recovery option.
